2. Why there is no cookie banner
Under Slovenian law (Article 225 of the Electronic Communications Act, ZEKom-2) and EU ePrivacy rules, cookies that are strictly necessary to provide a service you asked for do not require consent. Because this site only uses such cookies, we do not show a consent banner.
