The services are provided by the business listed under “Business details” above.

A booking request sent through this website is not yet a confirmed appointment. We review every request and confirm or decline it by email. The contract for the service is concluded when we send you the confirmation.

After sending a request you receive a reference number. Please quote it when you contact us about the booking.

Please make sure your contact details are correct so that we can reach you.

Prices are in euros and are final prices including any applicable taxes.

Prices shown on the website and in the booking form are estimates based on the vehicle size you select. Prices marked “from” are starting prices. The final price may depend on the actual size and condition of the vehicle.

If, after inspecting your vehicle, we expect the work to cost more than the estimate, we will tell you before starting and will only continue with your agreement.

No payment is taken through this website. Payment is made at our premises.

You can cancel or reschedule an appointment free of charge. Please let us know as early as possible, ideally at least 24 hours before the appointment, by phone or email.

We may have to reschedule or cancel an appointment, for example because of illness or equipment failure. If so, we will tell you as soon as possible and offer you a new date.

Right of withdrawal. As a consumer, you can withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance within 14 days without giving a reason (Slovenian Consumer Protection Act, ZVPot-1). Because no payment is taken in advance, you can do this simply by cancelling the appointment by email or phone. If you ask us to carry out the service within those 14 days, the right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully performed.

• Please remove valuables and personal items before handing over your vehicle.
• Please tell us about any known damage, previous repairs, repainted panels, wraps or sensitive surfaces. We may photograph the condition of the vehicle when you hand it over.
• Some results depend on the condition of the vehicle. Deep scratches, stone chips or permanent stains, for example, may not be completely removable. If we expect this, we will tell you before starting.
• We only install window tints within the limits allowed by vehicle regulations.

Your statutory rights under Slovenian consumer law apply in full. Nothing in these terms limits them.

We do not give any additional commercial guarantee unless we give you one in writing for a specific service, stating its terms and duration.

If you are not satisfied with the work, please tell us as soon as possible, ideally when you collect the vehicle, by email or phone, and describe the problem. We will confirm receipt of your complaint within 8 working days, tell you how long it will take to handle, and keep you informed.

As required by law, we state that we do not recognise any provider of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution as competent to resolve a consumer dispute you might start.

We are liable for damage to your vehicle caused by our work, in accordance with the Slovenian Obligations Code. We are not liable for damage or wear that existed before the work, or for limitations of the result that follow from the vehicle's condition and that we told you about.

We are not responsible for valuables left in the vehicle, unless the loss or damage is caused by our intent or gross negligence.

The content of this website (text, photos and logo) belongs to Ren-Niv or is used with permission. You may not copy it for commercial purposes without our consent.

Photos and descriptions of services are illustrative. The services and price that apply to you are those in your booking confirmation and what we agree with you in person.

Please do not misuse the booking form, for example by sending false or automated requests.

How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your country of residence.

We will try to resolve any dispute amicably. If that is not possible, the competent court in Slovenia decides, without affecting the mandatory rules that protect consumers.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to a booking is the one you accepted when sending the request.
